Often, we hear about someone going down the rabbit hole of a certain ideology that results in bad outcomes. We can end up in a good place or bad place by our repetitive course action, thinking, or partaking.
Established bad habits can only be modified by severe training in adulthood. It takes persistent warfare and energy to overcome bad habits. Right thoughts and actions can become habitual. We can secure this result only by right thinking. As a man “thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). “The power of self-restraint strengthens by exercise. That which at first seems difficult, by constant repetition grows easy, and right thoughts and actions become habitual.” The Ministry of Healing, p. 491
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:  (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
