Protesting the mandates when it came knocking at your door is noble, for yourself, but it does not make covid less lethal to certain people, nor does it address certain larger health and social problems their community is facing. It is like the black community protesting police brutality in a bomb out low educated community, or like some gray-haired conservatives defending doctrines in an empty church.
How far do you take or allow freedoms? When is the state or church overstepping its rights? How do you protest your right for a redress of grievances when dealing with an ingrain belief system by the state or church? How far the population go in protest when that protest could cause harm or loss of freedom to others? What happen when others don’t believe you are equal or have rights? What happen when the state or government believe that they have a right in ruin or destroying you?
Matthew 22:16-21 KJV And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man : for thou regardest not the person of men.  Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?  But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?  Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.  And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?  They say unto him, Caesar’s. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s.
