Bravery, suicidal, everyone should try this at least once, true sport, foolishness, idleness, or why didn't I think about doing this? What is you thoughts on this extreme sport?

    Excerpt from NBC News:
Legendary skydiver and BASE jumping trailblazer Alexander Polli has died following a wingsuit crash in the French Alps, authorities told NBC News. He was 31.

Polli achieved fame in the world of wingsuit BASE jumping, performing cinematic stunts captured on videos that captivated millions on YouTube.

He broke boundaries in 2013 with a daring flight through the opening of "Batman Cave" in Montserrat, Spain — a stunt that saw him drop from a helicopter and hit speeds of up to 155 mph to fly directly through the narrow opening.

Alexander Polli's Death is tragic, he pushed the limits, took risk to gain fame and got comfortable with the risk, meaning, he felt invincible like he can do anything, because why else would you risk your life. I have to admit, I always wanted to do extreme sports,  well maybe not like base jumping but like sky diving, and thats as extreme as it gets for mebecause its a high, like" yea i did that and got away with it!" So I can see why people get caught up in the thrill. You want to prove something, you want to achieve and surpass expectations, you want to be different and the only one to do this! Extreme sports is risking your life because you have not much to loose and thats what I think!!

That statement makes me wonder if some of this increase interesting in high risk sport is coming from that thought, having nothing to loose, like literally, the person could not care less.

Exactly!! If he had a family I'm sure he would not risk his life like that. If only he had someone he truly cared about, his focus would be elsewhere.
