I recently saw an advertisement for McDonalds All Day Breakfast. So I wanted to look at the numbers and look at what it would be like to eat breakfast all day.
Here is the main takeaway from Mcdonalds: "Our All Day Breakfast menu is finally here. Enjoy savory breakfast sandwiches like a Sausage McMuffin with Egg or Sausage Biscuit and even golden brown, melt-in-your-mouth Hotcakes anytime you want. Breakfast has never been tastier."
So here are three items off the menu and I threw in a fourth because you are going to need something to drink.
Egg Mcmuffin (the melt in your mouth classic)
Ingredients: Classis English muffin, egg, Canadian style Bacon, pasteurized process American Cheese, and salted butter.
Total Fat 12 g (19%)
Carbs 29 g (10%)
Protein 17 g
Sodium 730 mg (30%)

Sausage Burrito (always wrapped in delicious)

Total Fat 16 g (25%)
Carbs 26 g (9%)

So at this point I realize my subject who I am selecting this items for would be hungry because of lack of volume and calories but would have just max out on sodium and cholesterol. So I decided to go to the regular breakfast menu for my third selection and to make it count.
