I recently saw an advertisement for McDonalds All Day Breakfast. So I wanted to look at the numbers and look at what it would be like to eat breakfast all day.

Here is the main takeaway from Mcdonalds: "Our All Day Breakfast menu is finally here. Enjoy savory breakfast sandwiches like a Sausage McMuffin with Egg or Sausage Biscuit and even golden brown, melt-in-your-mouth Hotcakes anytime you want. Breakfast has never been tastier."

So here are three items off the menu and I threw in a fourth because you are going to need something to drink.

Egg Mcmuffin (the melt in your mouth classic)
Ingredients: Classis English muffin, egg, Canadian style Bacon, pasteurized process American Cheese, and salted butter.
    Calories     300
    Total Fat     12 g     (19%)
    Carbs         29 g (10%)
    Protein     17 g
    Sodium         730 mg (30%)
    Cholesterol     245 mg (82%)

Sausage Burrito (always wrapped in delicious)
Ingredients: Flour tortilla, sausage and scrambled egg mix, and pasteurized process American cheese.
    Calories     300
    Total Fat     16 g (25%)
    Carbs         26 g (9%)
    Protein     12 g
    Sodium         790 mg (33%)
    Cholesterol     115 mg (38%)

So at this point I realize my subject who I am selecting this items for would be hungry because of lack of volume and calories but would have just max out on sodium and cholesterol. So I decided to go to the regular breakfast menu for my third selection and to make it count.

Big Breakfast with Hotcakes (scrumptious going like hot cakes)
Ingredients: Hotcakes, scramble eggs, biscuit, hash browns, sausage patty, salted butter.
    Calories     1050
    Total Fat     56 g (86%)
    Carbs         105 g (35%)
    Protein     33 g
    Sodium         2010 mg (84%)
    Cholesterol     465 mg (155%)

Now something to wash it down.

McCafe Latte (warm up to simplicity)
Ingredients: 100% rainforest alliance certified espresso, nonfat milk, your choice of caramel, hazelnut, French vanilla, and sugar-free french vanilla syrups.
    Calories     70
    Total Fat     9 g (13%)
    Carbs         15 g (5%)
    Protein     9 g
    Sodium         115 mg (5%)
    Cholesterol     25 mg (9%)

Calories for female 2000 and male 2500
    Protein for female 46 g (age 31-50) and male 56 g (age 31-50

    Total for the day
    Calories     1820
    Total         Fat 93 g (143%)
    Carbs         175 g (59%)
    Protein     71 g
    Sodium         3645 mg (152%)
    Cholesterol     850 (284%)

Analyze the numbers and share with us what is going on on paper and in the person's body?

McDonalds all-day breakfast is turning out to be a true profit center

After years of being chastised for not being hip and fast-growing like burrito chain Chipotle (CMG), McDonald's has turned the table and is now the fast-casual stock investors crave. Shares of McDonald's closed up 8.1% to $110.87 Thursday — making it a driving force of the Dow — and a stark contrast with the performance at Chipotle.

Why the sudden halo on the Golden Arches? McDonald's just nailed the third quarter, delivering adjusted quarterly profit of $1.40 a share, which topped expectations by 9.4%, says S&P Capital IQ. Contrast that with investors' big disappointment with Chipotle's third-quarter results that missed expectations by nearly 1%. Chipotle closed Thursday at $650.62, down 2.3%.

McDonald's has ramped up its buzz with fresh offers such as it's new all-day breakfast offering, which consumers have craved for years. The company's new CEO since March, Stephen Easterbrook, also simplified the menu, as well as added new products such as a premium chicken sandwich.

McDonalds is aiming to please everyone! So Breakfast all day is now suppling the needs of people who love breakfest and don't forget they already supply fast food lunch, dinner and snacks. Pretty soon all you'll need is Mcdonald's!! For example when you go to a diner, you can have any meal at anytime but you need to sit it out. Where as mcdonald's is providing this service quick and easy. WOW!! eat and run, now thats a great service for fast paced Americans who work 7 days a week, 24hrs a day, and thats the real reason America are obese and sick, No Rest!
