Developing your people skill is important for all aspects of life. Tomorrow on Motivational Monday live talk program I will be covering this important topic. Please join me at 7:00 am. I will be covering listening, asking questions, attitude, appreciation, noting individual likes, respect, and minister/care.

Ezekiel 3:10 Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, all my words that I shall speak unto thee receive in thine heart, and hear with thine ears.

What trait is most important for you to develop right now? Is there something else I should cover that will increase our people skill? Which trait is most important for customer service type jobs?

The Trait that is most important to me is to continue growing in the "Health Workline" along with Everlasting Gospel of Rev. 14. I desire to have what God gave Ezekiel in 3:8 Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads.

In interacting among people christians or non-christians I need the skills of Daniel in all manner of work. I need to have these people skills developed more intensively now then ever before!

As I have been contemplating on these people skills development to help finish the work, I was shown that, ALL Heaven is watching those agencies that are as the hand to work out the purposes of God in the earth, thus doing the will and the purpose of God in heaven. Human Agencies are the hands of heavenly instrumentalities for heavenly angels employ human hands in practical ministry....

Here God gave the answer to my "people skills need" and Ezek. 3:8 make thy face strong......against their foreheads. By uniting with these powers that are omnipotent we are benefited by their higher education and experience. Thus, as we become partakers of the divine nature and separate selfishness from our lives SPECIAL TALENTS for helping one another are granted us.... With what joy and delight Heaven looks upon these blended influences!!!   WORKING WITH THE ANGELS (In Heavenly places pg. 102).

One of the traits that I think is extremely important to develop & one that i seek to develop is patience. Although there are situations where customers are never going to be happy, no matter what effort is made to appease them, I do believe that many times, situations can be diffused if we patiently hear the customer out, patiently look past their anger to size up the issue s/he has, & then patiently find a way to either solve the problem or improve the situation. Part of that entails another characteristic that's important - empathy - putting one's self in the other person's shoes. Again, there is a small minority of customers that are completely unreasonable, but for the majority that aren't, patience & empathy are important traits to have to provide good service to others.

I have worked in customer service for more that 20 years and what I have learned is that people just want to be herd! So being a good listener is KEY! along with humility.

Revive Reform forum is established to have engaging discussions on certain subjects that are of critical importance to the Christian community. We believe that a revival and reformation will take place when these subject matters are viewed correctly and are lived out or carried out. Also we are here to encourage you in your God giving mission to witness and live for Him. In the future we will be adding more categories as the membership expands

Please get to the point as soon as possible, without compromising clarity so all can understand and discuss without going off topic. Philippians 4:8   “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things”.
