Ps. 1:4-6 The ungodly are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

The believer’s life is ground in the teachings of Jesus, worked out through study of the Bible and experiences of life. His or her life is stable and consistent, even through the storms of life. But the ungodly are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Have you notice in life there are always those who turn millionaire and are broke tomorrow, the "I must be seen and be heard" croud and they burn out or flake out tomorrow, no consistent growth and the wind drives away.

Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish. The way of the righteous is base on eternal principles, while the way of the ungodly is based on the here and now.
